DELIVERY POLICY

All the orders from Webeauty are packed and shipped from Monday to Saturday only. Orders placed on Sunday and selected holidays are processed on the next business day. Orders will be shipped out within 3 to 4 business days after we received the orders. Deliveries by our courier provider to customer address may take about 7 business days upon acceptance of the order.Quoted delivery times are a guide only as Webeauty will try our best to meet the targeted delivery times, from time to time factors beyond our control can result in delayed delivery.

All of the customer deliveries will be made through our assigned courier providers, and customers will be notified upon dispatch of the order. Customers may refer to the assigned courier company for terms and conditions. A unique tracking number will be provided to our customers through Webeauty Facebook Messenger which can be used to track the status of each order.

Once customers have indicated their address and received the confirmation of the order, there are no changes to the specified address and/or delivery option will be accepted. Webeauty will reserve the rights to contact customers and arrange the alternative delivery methods and timelines if delivery address is remote or to cancel the order if delivery is not workable.

Before the customer finalises the order, they have to indicate in the “Receiver” field whether the order should only be delivered to them OR they can specify an alternative authorised person’s name to receive it on their behalf. The customer or the authorised person will be required to show proof of identification to the courier upon delivery. In order to secure every customer purchase, the carrier will only deliver to the specified address and the customer or one of the people indicated on the receiver of the order as being authorised to receive the parcel. The courier will request proof of identity from the person receiving the parcel if it was indicated in the “receiver” field of the order. The person receiving the parcel will be asked by the courier to sign the waybill indicating that the parcel has been received undamaged and in good condition.

In the unlikely orders that the parcel is damaged and/or the security seal is broken, then the receiving person can either:
Check the parcel in front of the driver and indicate on the couriers waybill whether there are any:

Breakages, and/or
Damages and/or
Items missing

indication. If the receiving person chooses to still accept the damaged carton, the waybill will reflect that a damaged parcel was received and accepted with both parties co-signing. Alternatively, the receiving person can send the parcel back and indicate on the waybill the reasons for sending the parcel back. Both parties will need to cosign against this indication. Both parties (the courier and the person receiving) will need to co-sign their names against this

Refund policy

For all the orders that need to be refunded after getting approved by the Webeauty management team and accounting department, our customer service representative will request the bank details of the customer. After the bank details are received, the customer services representative will pass the details to the accounting department to process. The processing days will take some time for the bank to process the refund, from time to time factors beyond our control can result in delayed refunds. Webeauty will reserve the right to contact customers if the refund will delay upon the quoted refund times.
